Forming machine technical requirements

　　1. The molding machine must have manual, semi-automatic, and automatic operation control methods.

　　2. The molding machine must be equipped with reliable mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic (gas) protection devices.

　　3. When the machine is running, the action is reliable, the program is correct, the components are sensitive, and the instructions are clear and accurate.

　　4. When closing the mold at a slow speed, the air chamber of the core mold should move smoothly without creeping or jamming.

　　5. The noise (sound pressure level) should not exceed 85dB (A) when the whole machine is running dry.
