It is mainly used in the field of shockproof packaging, thermal insulation, and is widely used in buildings, ships and aircraft. Foam plastics are widely used in household appliances, precision instruments and fast food packaging. The disadvantages are poor heat resistance, poor light resistance, brittle, and prone to stress cracking.
Grow with each passing day of living standard, the polystyrene foam used for packing electrical appliances is increasing day by day. But if the recovery is not timely, because it has the function of waterproof and corrosion resistance, it will not rot for years in water or soil, which will cause environmental pollution easily and will impede the growth of crops.
