Matters needing attention in the use of EPS foam machinery

　　1. Check whether the screws are loose and whether the spindles rotate flexibly.

　　2. Install each motor and its wiring correctly. The motor uses a three-phase 380V heating plate and uses a 220V current.

　　3. Make good grounding protection for each machine body.

　　4. Check whether the rotation of each main shaft of the test machine is correct.

　　5. The heating plate supplies power and preheats until the shell of the barrel melts the foam. Note that the raw materials in the upper and lower barrels must be completely melted each time the extruder is started, so as to rotate the big wheel flexibly. Due to the residual raw materials in the machine head, it is recommended to use a blowtorch to strengthen the preheating of the upper and lower machine heads.

　　6. Flexible control of the length of the drawing strip into the water, depending on the temperature and water temperature, the drawing strip will be cooled by about 1.1-1.7M through the water, so that the drawing strip will not be brittle, and will not stick after cutting.

　　7. Observe the color and shape of the discharged material, and flexibly grasp the power supply and shutdown conditions of each heater.

　　8. For the raw materials with more impurities such as ash and soil, you can add 20 mesh to 40 mesh, 1-3 layers of sieves before the screen to ensure the color and purity of the particles.
