If the screw of the equipment used is cooled by oil cooling, it is related to the setting of instruments in the mold temperature controller, the smoothness of pipelines, oil quality and other factors. If the equipment (screw and barrel) is cooled by circulating water, scale and solenoid valve failure are the main factors. The two phenomena mentioned above will also lead to out of control temperature. Therefore, during equipment startup, keep the cooling oil circuit or water circuit unblocked, and often check whether relevant accessories are normal. Foam molding machine can be judged by observing oil temperature, water temperature indication and pressure indication, etc.
