It has been stated in the past that the pores formed by the foam are uniform, so that the compressive stress can be concentrated at the big foams and reduce the compressive strength. If the foam size is uneven, the stress will be concentrated in the bullae, which is very easy to cause this to become a weak link and crack first when bearing pressure. The requirements for pore diameter and bubble diameter shall be the same.
